Pea, Green Leaf & Blue Cheese Salad
Ingredients
Serves 2
90g bag of baby salad leaves
100g blue cheese, crumbled
1 mug of garden peas, cooked & cooled
4 spring onions, finely sliced
Honey & Mustard Dressing, to serve
Method
Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle through your Dressing, serve and enjoy.
We understand that blue cheese is not to everyone’s taste, so… should this not be your cup of tea we recommend that you replace with Feta or Wensleydale, which is equally delicious.
